How long does the Made-to-Measure process take?
The Made-to-Measure process typically takes about six to eight weeks from your appointment to the final delivery of your custom-tailored pieces. During the Summer Holidays, it may take longer as our factories in Italy usually take a well deserved break in August!
Do I need to pay upfront for Made-to-Measure orders?
Yes, we require full payment upfront when placing a Made-to-Measure order.
Can Made-to-Measure items be returned or exchanged?
Due to the personalized nature of Made-to-Measure items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We ensure a perfect fit during your appointment to avoid any issues and offer 3 opportunities for adjustments free of charge.

Ready-to-Wear
What is the return policy for Ready-to-Wear items?
Ready-to-wear items may be returned in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition within 14 days of purchase. Returns are accepted at our store located at 138 Wooster St., New York City, or by contacting our customer service team for return instructions. Please note that made-to-measure, made-to-order, and altered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer alterations for Ready-to-Wear items?
Yes, we offer complimentary alterations for Ready-to-Wear items purchased full price at the FRÈRE SoHo store or online.
